guys ans is 4.24 x 10 ^-6 *take the reference from example 12.5 of ncert page no. 208* Change the diameter mm to m by dividing by 1000 so diameter will be 6 x 10^-4 then change it to radius by dividing it by 2 and put it in the area formula A= πr² then all u have to do is put it in the Resistance formula and ans will be 4.239x 10^-6 so i changed it into 4.24x 10^-6

Mam in the 1 question we have stretched the wire so if we will add another length of wire then will the area of the cross sec get half or not? Becoz we didnt stretch it we had just another piece of the same.... Hope you will clear my doubt

Ma'am in the 1st question when ans was 8 ohm then I think that it was correct ✅✔☑because r is directly proportional to l. Hence when l doubled (10cm - 20cm) then r also should be doubled (4ohm-8ohm ) to 8 ohm sahi tha shayd
it is directly proportional... but also u have to keep in mind that length is not the only factor in which resistance depends... you have to consider area too thats why the ans is 16ohms

If you notice the formula you will find out. Area is divided by 2 after reciprocal 8×2= 16 ohm. Bcoz when length increases then area decreases. Simple
Agar hamna usko stretch kiya ha to uska area be to kam hoga agar ham 10 metre add karta na ki stretch tab 8 ohm hota
