Hi. Just found your channel. It looks amazing. A little idea to incase of rainy days. Get some clear shower curtains on S-hooks easy to hang up and the rain is gone, hang them drying on the backsides of the wall. Wish you all the best. 🤗
I love your channel. It's give inspiration to a sewer like me. It's simply amazing. Thanks for your blog. I'm from Philippines. Watching from Qatar. Continue to inspire us ❤❤
Definitely get a small tablecloth to match the pink one for your checkout station, and a little lazy suzan for your tablet so you can spin it around to the customer easier!
You're set up looks soooo good!!!! A couple of suggestions as a fellow crafter who also does pop-ups. Definitely put the front on the kiosk. For the chance of rain, you can put Dollar Tree pool noodles in the corners to stop pooling. You may need a rechargeable tent fan. I'd also move your sticker and decal display to the top of the kiosk opposite the wheel (if there's room). It would encourage last-minute sales and save a little table space. I love the addition of the shelf your Dad made. I think it really helped draw attention to the glass cups and mini candles. You have grown so much in the time I've been watching you. You should be very proud! Keep going. I'd love to see you just working for yourself. You definitely shined this event ❤
Eee! I was so excited for this video! I’m a young (14) year old earring maker and I recently got a booth at an antique place! I’m so glad I found your channel because you really inspire me! I also have done a craft fair!
hiii, im also 14 and im a homemade baker and i recently did my first pop up and it was great! im glad im not the only one young, crazy student who wants money😅
your booth aesthetic is everything! you’re right, maybe the front panel for your check out kiosk may make it look more appealing. so happy it was a successful pop up despite the rain. your mama is so helpful and so sweet, she even stayed with you the whole day and again helped pack up. 🌸
Monica your booth was the most gorgeous it’s ever been. The red canopy they loaned you looked amazing with all your colors. Everything about your aesthetic made your booth so interesting and welcoming. Thanks so much for sharing all the details. I’ll watch this again!! You’re so inspiring Monica!! Fabulous job!!! ♥️♥️♥️
I also sell candles at popup shops and I’ve noticed almost all times my candles would melt at outdoor events so I got a small portable fan that I can put ice in and I put it on over the candles and that seems to prevent most melting
I can see how proud your Mom is for you. I am glad she stuck around and made sure you were good. I love your setup. You did an amazing job with everything. I was scrolling through and saw your video. I'm on the 4th one, lol. I am an upcoming business owner myself, along with my kids doing their own thing, too. I am proud of you. Hopefully, next year, we will be at the pop-up and meet you.
congrats your hard work paid off and your smart marketing - marketing is everything since it helps to create your Vibe - I am new to PopUps - going to my first in few weeks personally I would change the cash box to a tiny purse you wear over your shoulder which hangs around the hip .. it only takes a second of distraction and savvy thieves can bend down and grab...glad you did so well
the clothes hanger you have your bags on is probably my favorite display because it's so unique but your Dad's shelving was equally amazing. I do love the counter but it's way too heavy and fiddly for me to consider because I'm old and have arthritis but I would happily use my energy up putting the hanger and your Dad's shelving up. I felt that the back end of the table needed some work but it was great having your candles displayed at the front of your booth Love your mirror and what it says but I need it to say something that is the right vibe for me, so I'm still thinking of replicating in some form or another
Everything looked great. You asked for suggestions....on your garment rack..how would you feel about hanging your scrunchie board on the top of one with extra totes on the bottom? That way your scrunchies are at eye level and out up front. And yes definitely use the front board of your check out stand.
Hey Monica! The first thing I noticed about your booth was, "ooh, look at that pretty pink cash box!" Too many years of working retail & people taking stuff. Please put a front on your kiosk.
OMG!! Your booth is AMAZING!! I love watching your videos. Seeing you do your pop-ups and prepping is so inspirational to budding small businesses like me. I am wanting to start doing pop-ups just want to be sure that I'm ready and prepared first.
Congratulations on such a successful day. I love all your stands, they look so stylish but still super functional. Much favourite has to be your kiosk, that looks like a really handy piece of kit
Loved everything about your booth! You can put up the walls and then light up the tent so your candles can still be displayed in a good spot but are out of the sun &/or rain
So happy you had a great turn out! You could als have your table and kiosk along the back.kiosk would end up slanted in a corner. Then you could have the ladder with shelves on one side and then the two hanging racks on the opposite side . I would then have your mirror parallel and next to the racks possibly on that leg of tent. Just a suggestion :)
So happy that you had a successful pop-up shop and made a lot of sales! You put in so much work into your products and your booth. Cheers and congrats!
Definitely have some good display pieces. I don’t really do craft fairs and I used to like many many years ago… But starting my small business… I’m assuming I’m probably going to need to do some of those in the next year and seeing a bunch of your cool displays has definitely made me reevaluate Getting some of those because I really didn’t think much about it. I kind of thought that I could just like put a pegboard on a table with some pegboard hooks and call it a day and your displays are super freaking cute. And the fact that you can take them apart and break them down into a smaller size makes that even better.
Congratulations on your sales Monica! Glad you had a successful glow up! Your booth looks great! You definitely need to bring your beautiful Scrunchies up front. I am in the process of getting ready for next pop up. Thanks for sharing your glow up process!
As a shopper at a Pop up events or Flea Markets, I tend to gravitate towards a very aesthetically color coordinated , least Noisy/Messy, full with inventory, and warm-friendly -help willing seller without their faces buried into their phone...When I see the phone thing, it looks so unprofessional and uninviting , it conveys that they could careless if you were interested in shopping their booth or not .... I basically stated everything that makes you as Vendor stand out from the rest! 🙂
Looks fantastic I love the vertical ledge set up items. And.... I received my gift/prize today. Yay. Thank you so much it's fantastic. I think my favorite so far just from smelling is toasted marshmallow and pumpkin brulee. I will have to burn some to see if it remains my favorite. There are so many, I might share a few. Thank you again and congrats on the successful pop up.
One of the best things I started doing for breakdown was to get a couple headlamps! It feels a little goofy to put them on, but I always have other vendors commenting that they wish they'd thought of it, too. It makes it so much easier to see everything well and stay hands free. I enjoyed your video -- your setup looks great and your checkout is cute! Oh and battery operated fans and use rechargeable batteries so you can bring extras! They are a lifesaver.
Hi Monica, I just watched your video today while sewing. I didn't know your Filipino until you mentioned it and didn't notice the halo halo short 😊. Filipina here too. Nice wood set up
Impressive setup, Monica! Your booth looks fantastic, and I love how you incorporated the vertical Edge displays. 🌟 Despite the rain, you had an amazing turnout and sales. Congrats!
I used to work for this pottery studio. They had a swivel to easily turn the iPad towards the customer. I think they bought it on Amazon…it might help:)
I love everything about your booth! The layout, colors, etc. PERFECT!!❤. Congratulations on your sales. I’m so inspired that I want to sell something!! 😂. My hubby bought me a Cricut for Christmas in 2019…it’s still in the box. 😩. I’ll have to learn how to use it. Do you make all your candles? Again, CONGRATULATIONS!
New subscriber here! Love your booth! I've have done many craft fair pop-ups in the past, thinking about getting back into it. I love meeting my customers in person! The only suggestions I have would be to maybe add a cute outdoor rug to complete your aesthetic, and put cardboard inserts, tissue paper or use branded cotton bags in your paper gift bags for candle purchases (bbw uses thick paper inserts) to help protect the glass vessel. Overall, I'm thrilled to have found you & will continue to follow your success! Oh, and I definitely want to try the magic mind shot. Thanks for the suggestion!
What I don't like about your booth is that , it's not my booth 😅😅 it's so cute I wished my set up was as great but this was inspiring tho!! I see all your efforts to upgrade it and it's paying, off great job👍🏿
I love watching your videos!! And I love your products and booth. Those vertical ledge displays are great but so expensive. I wish I could afford it, but my goodness, the prices are insane! Woah. I'm so so glad your business is going so well that you can afford it. One day, I will be able to.
This was wonderful, congratulations! Maybe you should add some pretty umbrellas. I bet a lot of people were caught in the rain and wished they'd thought to bring one. :)
Candles draw everyone in, so it's good to have them at the front of the booth. The scrunchies seem like a bit of an impulse buy. Maybe you should put them near you at the register?
SO gorgeous! Can I ask what happened to your Quictent canopy? I just ordered one (haven’t used it yet) but wondering if you encountered issues with it!
Congratulations the booth looks great. Vertical Ledge products look amazing but they are expensive and a big investment. Can you share if those were gifted or an investment on your business.
Hi Monica. I was so excited to see your set up. Very interesting and detailed. I'm from South Africa. I'm as, old as your mum dear. I just started to make shopping bags and other stuff, for sale. Would I be inquisitive to ask you, where I can get these DIY display tables, for starting my stuff? Thank you, in advance for replying. Gb you on your further endeavours, beautiful angel.
I noticed you put the vertical ledge pieces on the concrete, and I'm worried that if you do that very often they will end up scratched, and the coating that keeps them shiny and waterproof will be affected. Either way, I love your videos!! I craft with them, I fall asleep with them, and they are my most watched videos by far. Just good vibes all around!
Great videos, I really like your check out! Could you put your candles on ice? Maybe a dish on the stands with ice, or an ice pack, or would that crack them? Just a thought
Monica, do you know what would be nice? I heard one of them said they bought from you last year. You can invent a # number system, where if they show up at a next Pop-Up where you are and buy something; they can get a small discount. Only you and the customers would know their own unique #. Love from Antigua 🇦🇬 across the Seas.
GUYS I cannot believe how amazing the glow-up turned out. Thanks for your continuous support!!

Definitely get a small tablecloth to match the pink one for your checkout station, and a little lazy suzan for your tablet so you can spin it around to the customer easier!
Thanks for filming the customers.
I don't know why, but watching customers browse gives me ASMR relaxing vibes

Thanks so much for the suggestions! I definitely agree with the kiosk front!
You've done fabulous making your booth look upscale. Definitely makes it into a shopping experience. 🛍
Do they let you light your candles at pop up’s?
Eee! I was so excited for this video! I’m a young (14) year old earring maker and I recently got a booth at an antique place! I’m so glad I found your channel because you really inspire me! I also have done a craft fair!
Aww..hope you did well there

True! Plus my cash box is kinda heavy. Definitely considering this!

Your booth was beautiful. Glad your sales are increasing each time you have a Pop Up. Congratulations!!
Hey Monica! The first thing I noticed about your booth was, "ooh, look at that pretty pink cash box!"
Too many years of working retail & people taking stuff.
Please put a front on your kiosk.
Monica, very professional and impressive. Thank you for sharing and I loved your setup and easy breakdown.
I really loved all of your displays and the kiosk just made sense. That one was really cool.
💚 love the flow of the booth and your sweater during the post Market review! Gorgeous! Congrats on your sales!!!
Omg so happy for you! Your booth looked so good thanks for all the tips you give us and the transparency is very refreshing!!
Thank you so much

Congratulations on your sales Monica! Glad you had a successful glow up! Your booth looks great! You definitely need to bring your beautiful Scrunchies up front. I am in the process of getting ready for next pop up. Thanks for sharing your glow up process!
your booth looks so good, I'm not surprised you've got more sales it's amazing!! 😍

Maybe having a banner or something that isn’t super big or long so you can hang up next to the candles so it will block the sun

yes I'm half!:)
Impressive setup, Monica! Your booth looks fantastic, and I love how you incorporated the vertical Edge displays. 🌟 Despite the rain, you had an amazing turnout and sales. Congrats!
Your booth looks AMAZING!! So happy for you reaching your goals and then exceeding them 🥰
I used to work for this pottery studio. They had a swivel to easily turn the iPad towards the customer. I think they bought it on Amazon…it might help:)
I've been looking into vertical ledge for a while now. I may invest in it this year. Love your current set up!
They displays are definitely worth the investment!
34:16 wow congratulations 🎉 thats fantastic?!
These vertical ledge things look so cool but they’re SOOO expensive! Any alternatives that are more budget friendly?
I've tried a few alternatives but unfortunately I wouldn't recommend any:( Vertical Ledge displays are the only ones that have lasted for me
Amazing set up, glow up..just amazing everything. And congratulations. I'm so inspired. ❤🎉😊

Congrats on such a successful market!
Your videos are so inspiring !! I’m currently doing Popups and vlogging my journey as well. Glad to support you!!💗

Your Stall is Simply Beautiful. 😊 Love the Aesthetics. It looks like the link for the vertical garment rack is no longer active 😢
loved the video! what if you put the wall on the kisok and add lil pegs/shelves to put the scrunchies & stickers?
Great booth, and congrats on your sales!
Do you recall what the attendance was for this event?
SO gorgeous! Can I ask what happened to your Quictent canopy? I just ordered one (haven’t used it yet) but wondering if you encountered issues with it!
Happy you did well. That’s so awesome!!!!
can you teach us about your processing system please and how to setup shopify
Congratulations the booth looks great. Vertical Ledge products look amazing but they are expensive and a big investment. Can you share if those were gifted or an investment on your business.

Hard working girl! Great job!

Congratulations 🥳 I’m so happy for you 🎉
wow your space looks so cute and the way you present your products I don't know I just want to buy everything 💞
Great videos, I really like your check out! Could you put your candles on ice? Maybe a dish on the stands with ice, or an ice pack, or would that crack them? Just a thought
Love the video! I am a new pop-up vendor and look forward to watching you for some inspiration ❤😊
Maybe keep the candles refrigerated in a large insulated tote with ice packs?
Love your colorful brand! I'd definitely buy from you if I see you at a pop-up
The banner could be a good cover for the desk
Your mom is beautiful :) what a great help for you too
I'm very grateful she's so willing to help out!
Definitely put a cover on your kiosk and hang the bags there, so people will realize they need to buy a a bag to hold what they just bought!
Hello Miss Monica. How long does it take for you to set up?
I like them candle displays.
Have you tried the "Z" formation for event? I have an event coming up and was going to try it and see if the theory about it is true!
Hi Monica, I love your channel. I'm just getting started and wanted to know where you got the tablecloth & the cover with your name on it?
My pink table cloth is from Amazon and linked in my Amazon storefront! The table fabric banner is from vistaprint:)
Where did you purchase your wooden tasks and shelving?
I definitely loved the look of your booth!
Question, how did the small candles do and where did you get their box?
The small candles did really well especially in the pop-up I did yesterday! (I'll be posting the video soon!) Here's the link! bit.ly/46p26iC

I started a stand and I would really like to know if you buy general liability for your stand ❤
Moms so sweet for helping!!🥰🥰
Do you charge tax with your products at pop up shops ? I’ve heard mixed opinions of it . First one coming up soon!
Searching for the link to the blank eco canvas totes but can’t find it. Is it posted here somewhere? Thx
Where did you get the thing where you hang your bags? I make crochet bags and I want to display them without lying them flat on the table.
It's a older version of the Vertical Ledge garment rack! Here's there newer version: collabs.shop/1nvfv9 I love it!
Hi, did you make those tote bags 11:56 soo cute
Monica, do you know what would be nice? I heard one of them said they bought from you last year. You can invent a # number system, where if they show up at a next Pop-Up where you are and buy something; they can get a small discount. Only you and the customers would know their own unique #.
Love from Antigua 🇦🇬 across the Seas.
This may be a stupid question but if you have a pop up and alone. What happens if you have to leave ..aka. Food or bathroom
I do pop ups alone! I just made a video on how to do solo markets. I use a fanny pack to carry money & ask vendor neighbors to watch booth!
Where did you get those bags to hold your wooden display at?? I need that like yesterday 😂❤
They’re from Vertical Ledge! The link to their site is in the description box:)
