Would love to hear your comments! Feel free to express yourself, my friend, while being respectful, of course :)
No. US will print more money and lower the interest rate close to zero. So invest in income generating real estate property is generally a good idea.
90 percent of Realtors have no idea what they're talking about and that includes Sachs Realty.
That was "Sachs" Realty, in case anyone else was briefly too excited.
LOL, I know my accent . . . hahaha
It seems to me that the Mortgage System Nowadays only favors Retired American's that already Own homes. The Only Way I see me Owning is When I Retire in 25 Year's by then I have Spent over 600,000 in Rent😅😮
I know what you mean, renting is spending money without building any equity for yourself. You are building equity for the landlord, but not for yourself. I always say it's better to buy the smallest property, further away than to rent. Once you are an owner, you can sell and buy closer/bigger in the future.
Absolutley no to buying right now. There's an absolute deflation spiral coming. Pennies on the dollar coming sale people
Thanks for your feedback.
Why not protect urself for both outcomes?
