This concept can also be used to work through anxiety. For example few years ago I was going in to surgery to remove a tumor from my kidney and I used to exercise.
1 what’s the worst that could happen? - I would die during surgery.
    2. What’s the best that could happen? - Get through surgery without a problem and the tumor turns out not to be malignant.
    3. What is the most likely to happen? - get through surgery without any complications and the tumor is malignant.
It helped a great deal, and number 3 was what happened.

How I think about what the wife might do. Definitely requires a SpecOps approach.

As a medically retired British officer I can see a lot of similarities with how I would conduct this, just the language is a little different.

Interesting example that was used. That was the shortest explanation on enemy action.

Main thing about this, normal society people or standard people will always wants to win and identify opponent or competitor or enemy course of action with any means necessary

Fight to be a winner 😁🥊

Meaning, people use any tool possible to win, but they cannot figure out enemy or opponent course of action unless they become well trained guy, that can see it earlier before its happens

If guy can train a much and see opponent course of action or what's next, he can fairly win, without using any tool which could not be moral or just cheat to win always

Your explanation of most likely vs most dangerous was good for military planning, but the political comment on the covid virus was uncalled for.
If the current president at the time (Donald Felon Trump) had actually paid attention to his science advisors, it would have been over in four weeks.

@@slappy8941 Because the gentleman that publishes these vids normally has intelligent thoughtful content that did not get political. Additionally, I seem to remember that one of the primary orders in the military is to *not get involved in politics*.
YOU might try getting your news from someplace other than fox news & newsmax. When did YOU accept Trump as YOUR lord and saviour???

@@lewisvanatta639 First off, the person publishing these videos claims to be retired, so orders wouldn't apply. Second, you're seeing something that isn't there. I get where you're coming from, but the whole point was to illustrate a dangerous potential situation. It wasn't an endorsement or claim that something has happened, it was an example of something that could happen and, if responsible people recognized such threats were possible, they'd be prepared for them - literally just as the video suggests.
You said it yourself, these vids normally have intelligent, thoughtful content that does not get political. Why in the world would now be the time to change that? Your follow up comment about the then president drives the point home; even if it was intended by "bad guys" it's an admonishment on lack of preparation and readiness. Even if it was intended to be anything more than a cautionary tale it vilifies the alleged culprits as much as the administration YOU have interpreted into the scenario. Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar and sometimes people project what they want to see.
