Hello, I have an Echelon 660i purchased in 2008. I've cleaned the burners by removing them (several times) but I can no longer insert the burner posts in the holes (and then insert the cotter pin). So I place the burners such that the posts set on top of the stand. I've done this many times but for some reason it becomes more difficult to ignite the burner. Trust me I've pushed the section of the burner that circles the gas output as far as I can, but for some reason the posts are too deep to align with the post holes. What might have caused this?
this is great... how do you clean the back burner? I have an older custom series, was able to get the burner off, but the ports aren't really accessible.
