I was treated by Medicare and medical the Federal and State government paid from our taxes. At the time Neither Uber nor Amazon pay taxes, still they get tax cuts?!!! no Lawyer wants to take my case simply because the law does not cover the drivers, as well. Before Uber taxi and limo drivers had at least Worker Comp. Mr CEO, it is a Lie that Uber drivers do not want to be employed, it is a lie that Uber made it to deceive the public. After all who gave Uber the right to speak in behalf of the drivers?!! Mr CEO, u claim u will pay Drivers $21 while driving, when u calculate how many hours the drivers are on the road waiting for calls your $21 hour will be even less than they make now, Less Less than the minimum wages. $21 excluding expenses? Because drivers invested on average $20k for a car plus insurance and gas . Which is an hourly expenses of $8 to $10 . If $20 including expenses dan it end up to $10 to $11 an hour which is below minimum wage without any benefit health, pension, worker comp insurance etc.
