Tampa man fears 'garbage juice' is dangerous

Have you ever seen a gray, smelly liquid leaking from a garbage truck? Tampa homeowner John Stroncheck says he sees that twice a week when garbage trucks collect trash on his street. Stroncheck says he’s complained about the nasty substance for months.
