Catchy song, but scripturally incorrect. "Born again" refers to what happened in the book of Acts ch.2 v. 38.Quite different from "confessing and repeating".
I don't see where it says "born again" in Acts 2:38. It says to repent and be baptized in Jesus name for the forgiveness of your sins. Romans 10:9:10 says if you confess with your mouth and believe in your heart that God raised Jesus from the dead, you will be saved. Are you saying being born again is the forgiveness of sins (Acts 2), but not being saved (Romans 10). I say being saved is the same as being born again. The song says, "It's not based on emotional feeling, just faith in God's word and receiving, confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart God raised Him from the dead and you shall be born again." First of all he never says anything about repeating so how can it be scripturally incorrect when he is quoting Romans 10, unless you are saying being saved is not the same as being born again.
