I write poetry in English and I can follow Tamil. I find the lyrics in this bhajan exceedingly beautiful in its utter simplicity. And more importantly, it has been sung with great feeling and beautiful interpretation of the raag. I sing and am a great lover of classical music, both Hindustani and Carnatic. This bhajan is simply marvellous!

Sivasri has fulfilled dreams of a new singer who can climb to level of MS Amma.She has potential but her multiditrctionsl virtues is complimenting or complicating it i don't know.nevertheless whatever she does cones from a natinalist heart to promote indian culture in a way we all get entranced in it .
