So my new technique is to stop a negative thought in it's track and then sit & breath for a sec and allow the good uplifting and positive feeling in of my grid emotionally. I do'nt do anything but allow once I've stopped the thought.
What is your question and/or your concern? Generally and simply, think good, positive thoughts allowing you to connect with your vibrational reality, where there is no sickness or disease. Milk those times when you are relaxed, feeling better, stretch them to last longer, bit by bit, you will get better. The better it gets the better it gets. 🙂🙃😊🤗💖

Maybe I read this wrong, but there is no stopping a negative thought, there is only choosing a better feeling thought ..... Does that help?
