It is a charming property - it has a lovely, quirky feel, plenty of room inside with still lots of potential for enjoying the outside space. Sadly, Brexit has b******d up the notion of buying such a property for folks like me. One suggestion - you could show more of the surrounding area (local facilities such as shops, restaurants, town squares) to encourage interest. The fact of it being less than two hours from Malaga of itself might not be enough to attract people looking to buy.
New roof cost a lot. And a California King size mattress is the largest that I have experienced. The resorts here in the USA mostly have them...I had to do the sheets and towels for two resorts when I was the Queen of the Laundromat. 😂
Is there a garage and what is the closest airport. Is this high up in elevation and cooler summer time, but is it snowy during the winter time? How far from Granada or Cordoba?
You are right probably not the best move for investors but to get a great value holiday or permanent home in a beautiful part of Spain to enjoy the real Spanish lifestyle it’s ideal for rose who want that 😊
@@olivegrovesandgrapevinessp7293 Having one doesn't mean losing the other, you buy a house in a good location and overtime your house will go up in value and on the same time you enjoy the Spanish lifestyle on the other hand if you buy a house in a village you only enjoy the Spanish lifestyle your money is buried.

Brexit I know is a nightmare for many. Yes seeing the area will be good for viewers … I’ll try in time to do that.

Yes I hesitated about the bed size as in Uk Queen is bigger than a king size weirdly enough not mention how the sizes work in Spain
