in my case it still doesn't work, because javac -version it was 14.0.1 and java -version was 1.8.0_112 so i copy file java.exe from sdk-14.0.1 and now its work (this is for people with the same problem)

this is happening due to having two versions of java player "java.exe"
by default windows 10 needs java player to run some services on the web
and you as a programmer needs jdk which include java player as well so there will be a collision between the two...

Turns out that I just needed to install the jdk .exe file /fp. The tutorial I watched (on how to start using Java) just downloaded it and didn't install so I just downloaded it and didn't instal /fp.

I found the java.exe application in C: -> Program Data -> Oracle -> Java ->javapath, even you'll have java.exe in your pc somewhere find it and change it to java.old.exe
