Hey Dr Hans. Great production style in this one. I watch your vids. This one has a certain quality. As a beer maker I’m here for the info. As a RUclips watcher I can’t help but appreciate the subtle nuances in this offering.
Oh, you made a comment in that video that I wanted to ask you about! 7:37 - You mentioned that brewers will default their beer description to a Belgian. (I'm not asking this because I have the word "Belgian" in my brewery name. I want to learn.) I realize that I'm not in Europe, so I'm possibly missing your reference (or maybe I just haven't brewed enough to get the reference.) What is your definition of a "Belgian" beer? Would it be a non-clear beer? 🤔
I have had good result in doing that. Check out the video that is linked in the description. Any lager yeast would do but it's much more fun to cultivate yeast up from.your favorite KellerBier

Sounds like I’ve been brewing Kellerbiers for a long time now. Lol. I have no patience, try them early, so,they’re still hazy and unfiltered. Haha.

What's a good yeast in your opinion for this style? And have you had good success harvesting bottle yeast from Kellerbier?
