Hi Suzy do you know how do l get my banner for level 3000 I'm on level 3069 my banner still says 1000 I don't have milestone challenge on any of my browsers or devices I even uninstalled and installed and still nothing

There’s not much I can do to help. Can gives things to some people and not to others. If they don’t give you the challenge to earn the banner, there’s really no way to get it. I’m sorry. I’ve seen them institute awesome awards like this, and then yoink them away from us.
