- Lumpiang Shanghai With Kalabasa - Save the recipe!
INGREDIENTS
500g ground pork
250g kalabasa / squash
100g red bell pepper
50g spring onion
4 tbsp oyster sauce ( Mama Sita's Oyster Sauce )
1 white onion
3 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper to taste
PROCEDURE
1. In one bowl mix all the ingredients well, and season with salt and pepper.
2. Fill the wrapper with the filling and roll.
3. Heat up the oil to 180 degrees and fry the spring rolls.
4. Take off the excess oil by putting the cooked spring rolls on a plate with a kitchen towel.
5. Serve and enjoy with your favorite dip!
