Hey Elrod, that looked like it was fun. I had a good time with mine too on my '68, enhanced by a heavy power window electric motor. Peculiarly, there are some videos out there, but none are about power windows. This guy's videos might help you when assembly time comes: ruclips.net/video/cwQ0OFak2LU/видео.html by Mark Boice from 'Scared Shiftless Rides and Wrecks'
@@ElrodsGarage no I didn't, but there are opportunities with my brother in law's '68 Firechicken. Anyway, I think it is funny how I was always thinking that power windows are not 'racy' and I'd rather had some manuals. Switching over should not be a problem technically, they sell the stuff. As for the installation process with power windows it is advantageous to have a second pair of hands due to the weight of the electric motor. While the helper holds the Quarter glass in (on the main roller track) about mid-way, you fiddle the little roller into the short track on the bottom of the glass triangle. The rest is easier than it looks. I also take photos from key moments (e.g. positioning the power window assembly in the door cavity) which help me if the time between removal and re-assembly is longer than expected.
Thanks !
Filming the struggle makes this a great video. Keep up the good work.
Thanks a bunch!
Does anyone know a way to get the window back in the track without having to remove the regulator?🙏🙏

Yeah, it was a good time. LOL Did you happen to take any videos of your process? I'm thinking of switching to power windows.
