I love old bike's,love your channel just found it I have Live Free tatooed on my fingers. I've been riding over 30 years My Dream bike is a old school 60s 70s style Harley chopper I took care alot people,i had one biological child but raised 5 all together,my wife passed away 5 years ago she was only 42. I figured get my dream bike when i got older now i find myself partically Disabled but still can ride & love to I always had cheap Metric bikes. Maybe I'll be blessed enough to get my Dream bike one day God bless you 🙏 Edward (Fast Eddie) Potter
48 pans are THE BEST vintage HD made. EL's are the absolute smoothest engine. Way more smooth then a FL. Indian 4's are overrated. I never ride my '38 Four. It's a delicate piece of expensive garage art. 90% of Four owners will grab the twin cylinder to go for a ride.
Out of my whole collection of early HDs my 48 is one of my favorites too. Though I like my 49! Wish I could be riding instead I'm stuck on deployment in Africa.
@@kinglingley Hot as fuck, definitely not in Kansas anymore! 😂 It's a cool mission though. Finally made it here was supposed to go to Somolia in 94 in the USMC now 30 yrs later in the PA Army NG I made it.
@@kinglingley nice! I did 10 USMC 93-03. 2016-whenever I get fed up in the Army, I guess. Haha ... Keep an eye out for OP 1974 FX or XL looking for a decent one . Keep up the great videos!
Was just thinking out loud ,Once it's gone its gone. Its something special, most likely even if you get another ,probably won't be like the one you had ? But heck it's yours ya do what ya want with it. As for knuckleheads and the bikes in general the price have gone crazy through the roof.and worth the amount a sucker will pay, i probably won't be buying one cause i can't see myself paying someone that kinda $ matching #or not , Remember when the yuppies type n lawyer started buying harleys might have ben good for the seller but bad for the avrage fella .temporarily until they lost interest and moved on .Maybe i can find some knuck parts to finish that project when the high $ knuck fad folks fade away .? You probably can get two indian flatheads for one hd tho. Awe heck i dunno F.T.W
