I know you and a lot of people might disagree, but if you’re having trouble w ur appetite prior to working out. Eat a good healthy meal an hour before u work out, and a protein shake after. So u turn that protein into muscle mass whilst working out. I know it may sound weird, but u will have more energy during ur workout, to crave more stuff after? Try it out once for me. And lmk if that helpss
this is so important. i always try to set goals and reset too when i feel like i'm falling off my grind or after traveling.
