There doesn’t appear to be much in the way of screen protective packing. Just a very thin bit of Styrofoam/ Polystyrene. How do they get to their destination in one piece?
Useless video! As soon as they turn the TV on they play 4K content. 99% of consumers DO NOT watch 4K on a daily basis. So when they get home & the TV doesn't upscale regular content very well (well documented that it doesn't) they can't understand why the picture isn't sharp & crisp. READ THE REVIEWS, ESPECIALLY THE NEGATIVE ONES!

How you mean it isnt sharp?People dont complaine on picture quality for Toshiba qled,perheps some other things
