- Today's video is on repairing a truck's suspension.
A truck's suspension is responsible for a very important function. It allows the axles and the tires of the truck to move freely. It helps suppressing the impact of any bumps or dips on the road in order for a comfortable safe ride.

Some power tools would really speed up the process. But, even w/o power tools, these dudes are amazing!
Labor is cheaper than power tools that will break eventually.
Tools save time but machines like computers save even more and AI will make professions like drivers, doctors, lawyers, etc, obsolete.
P
Top work and without any power tools.
As a Western European, you can only pay respect to these people. 👍😊
Excellent video 👍
Great job. Nothing goes to waste. I thought maybe a ratchet would help. Not needed. These guys don't need that stuff. Amazing.
Hot climate and working hard. No wasted motions. Their work ethic is incomprehensible to most Westerners. And these guys aren’t young bucks.
A-Journey Mechanic !
Those leaf springs are made from quality spring steel. The spacer on the bottom, the top spring was worn, and they were sagging a bit but there wasn't a single cracked spring. Due to how bad the roads are and that the driver has probably hauled overweight loads the leaf springs take a big beating. These guys did a lot of heavy lifting getting them out and back in. That's no easy feat. I like the cart they made to help move the springs. Hardworking guys!👍 I would like to see I video of how they do line boring there.
These guys are savages !!
Great job Pakistani old mans like young man.
No forges, jigs or presses...all banged into shape with a couple of hammers. Pretty interesting.
It's amazing, these guys don't even have ratchets. Only plain wrenches.
They do a great job repairing those Chinese junkers under those conditions. and the way there overload them does not help.

What is wrong of it ?
The bottom spacer was almost worn through, the top spring had wear marks, and the springs were starting to sag. The springs themselves were in ok shape and not cracked.
The U-bolts holding the leaf springs in place were replaced. They didn't appear to be broken but they were probably stretched out. That would allow the whole leaf spring to move and cause it to wear or deform. It was what they call preventive maintenance.
When that second spring fell, I thought it nearly hit the mad on the head. That could have taken him out for sure.
Luar biasa ba nyskm
