Oof, I really struggled with this one in SudokuPad, so I loaded it into Good Sudoku and got it in 5:47 thanks to tools which make hidden pairs a LOT easier to pick out. One of these days I'll remember that for plain old Sudoku I'm better off just going straight to Good Sudoku for that reason.
13.17 for one hat. Not too keen on classic sudoku normally, as we get spoilt with amazing constraints, but this one was rather more enjoyable than I expected, so am very happy.
Nice puzzle. My time today was 6:02, solver number 1306. I didn't get the reference in the title, other than that Thomas Snyder is the "Snyder notation" guy.
