I'm almost blind from a stroke so I think my hearing is getting sharper. For instance I'll listen for cars crossing the street with my dog. I can see a bit from my right eye when I look at someone when talking to them I only see 1 of their eyes at a time.
It really has, I honestly couldn't listen to her when I first encountered this channel, but hearing her now the breathwork and control has improved out of sight. If she keeps it up the sky's the limit.
