Grate videos! When looking on house to buy. Look on the details. Ex if there is a joint at a 2 m floor or roof molding trim, then you can think why? They did not have whole 2m piece? Well if they cheat on a decoration trim....how does it look inside the wall where nobody can see.

Thanks. Yes I have helped some people with new houses. The problem is, that many houses (apartments) are bought before they start to build. And if I can find some walls with few cm out of the project or out of level, then it counts as allowed tolerance. Thermocamera is a worth tool, if you buy at the cold time.

Good idea, today I don't have so much information about them, but this topic is interesting and maybe in the future, when I collect information, I gonna put that in the video ;). Today I think, that it is not worth to build one, since it is expensive to keep, buy and upgrade this smart part of a house.

One time i did roof repair on a modern villa i noticed the thinner wood strips holding Up the rooftiles (dont know the English word) they where all 1 meter.long...50 cm long...
Hmm... . Strange...
So later on the houseowner told me. That the first owner of the house notised that it was werry cold in the house at winter. So they checked....yes! no isolation in the walls.
