But yes, I do run half-marathons regularly and know what it takes to be achieving what you and that orange shirt have achieved. if you cant motivate, at least dont call it 'worst' . He might have got it wrong that day due to pressure. It happens to all. As a district champ, you ought to have felt it at least once. even the great Usain Bolt did a foul start during 2015 world championships.
