Gosh. Where are the friendly, goofy, funny and sweet little gamepass kids. Haven't seen them in a while, and it's always a blast to help them and work together with them.
They met more toxic players than the kind ones who want to help them learn the game. I used to meet tons of kids playing for their first time, but now those encounters are few and far. The ones I do meet are super happy to meet a nice crew which is saddening.
I used to be one of those. Then COF dropped and life is hell
I am new. Not a kid. But gamepass. I actually played this game during closed beta. It was fun and damn, I wished I would've stayed in the game. Now it is quite hard to jump in. Mechanics not up to date in my head and everything goes so fast.
I spawn in. Loading supplies. Bam. Dead. Then I am spawn killed all the time so I just quit. Trying still.
I don't want to go with a crew until I know some of the mechanics and where chests go. What if I am with a crew and we are unloading and I can't find where to go. Wasting their time. Therefore, I must learn.
@@Denzamusic I get ya! So much has been added in such a little amount of time, that some things even have me confused.
I haven't played the game in a while though, because of rare doings some weird changes to perfectly fine mechanics, but i hope that the monkey island tall tales bring some life back to the game. Good luck on getting the hang of the game!

I NEVER thought that this sort of EDM/hype editing style would work for a game like this but you have proven me wrong and I shall use that information wisely
For me solo slooping is time to relax away from people lol. Tall tales, lost shipment voyages and fishing are what I do solo. Now if I have someone with me I would be down to fight even though I'm not the best.
Try starting a fotd and fishing there, or at a FoF. Do none of the waves so you lose nothing, but get the entertainment from tuckers etc. Do tall tales with a fotd key on your boat. I love just chilling and seeing ships in the distance coming at me
@@CptDonut If there's any fort up I'll usually go and fish there. I only need the rare Sand Battlegills now so I've been trying to complete that. And I do enjoy tuckers seeing me just fish lol. Few nights ago I was sitting at a FoF and some dude came up to tuck on my ship. Eventually he came out of hiding and started fishing with me. He even had his shipmates bring their ship so they could fish with me lmao. It was a pretty chill night
That's what it's all about, those weird moments that aren't the usual, sink ship, kill players, take loot/world event. It's part of why I run around with keys all the time, got enough loot for any good cosmetics really quickly.

Hey if you're ever trying to hide a key, it might take some dedication but you can hide it in the final room of the sunken curse voyage as they need to have the voyage unlocked to actually get it out
Damn, that's a good idea. I'll have to look into it. Would work really well if the voyage had a checkpoint

I just finished the video, gameplay and editing of yours is so smooth . You can edit canon shots by not showing loading the cannon ball into it so It can add a bit more of momentum to video by just showing the shots. But I believe you already know about it with your own editing skill, Im just saying that it might blend in well with fight scenes

This reminds me of one time when I was playing SoT, I sailed over to a FoF and there was a duo sloop (I was solo) there that I just started shooting at. I had knocked their sails down and put a few holes in them when suddenly one of them said something along the lines “Don’t kill us, you can have our loot”. I was semi skeptical but I accepted. (this isn’t a necessary part but at one point I was on his ship moving loot and he said “A little ballsy to come over her solo” I said “eh, not really” and showed him I had ghost curse and he chuckled) In the meantime I went and rose an emissary as I had forgot to earlier. I sailed back to the FoF, and try to talk to them… They didn’t respond. I though it was strange so I checked around my ship for people then hopped on the island to see what they were up to. I found them still just doing the FoF and started to help them. I died keep in mind we never formed and alliance. I respawn
on my ship when one of them brings a keg onto it, stares at me and jumps off, I just stayed on my ship making sure they didn’t come over with a lot one this time. They did, so I saw them do that so I went onto the island and right in front of me I found a keg so I kegged them and guarded there ship until it got the 2nd deck, I then went over to my ship to make sure I was still afloat. I had survived and by that time they sunk, one of them was not very good at the game and that’s the one they decided was going to guard my ship. I quickly killed them just to see the other guy swimming toward my boat with another keg, I just shot it, it was close to my ship but not close enough to do much.

Didn't need to use it because the server merged. that causes the door to disappear but not the loot.

Yea, everyone in the crew ALWAYS gets full price, so 3k each in that case. If you sell something while in an alliance, your crew gets full price as usual, but the rest of the alliance members only gets half the price.
