I will absolutely do an update! I can carrots also but honestly it isn't my favorite method for storing them. I'm going to be trying out freeze drying them also at some point. ~Kirstie
Thx you for the video - I'm in an apartment and wanted to know any way to store several small bags of carrots - I tried wrapping in lots of paper towel but after a week the paper towel is really wet - any suggestions - thx
That’s awesome way to store carrots. I have never seen that before.
Thanks for showing this.
It would be a good idea to start filling the tub wherever you plan on it being until you use the carrots up.
Yes absolutely! The end weight is about 175 lbs so that should be considered when setting up.

Would love to see how the carrots are in 6 months! I can all ours up that we aren’t eating fresh.

How did the carrots keep? I can see it’s been 7 months since the video posted
They kept VERY WELL! They did grow some roots 😂 but they didn't get soft at all and we ate them all in 5-6 months.

Can we store this in a basement (Michigan area)
Yes you can just make sure to watch your moisture levels.
