Honestly Conner, I’ve been completely absorbed in this world of Voiceflow, LLM’s and automation for 6 months now, trying to work it out and find a way. 40% of it is still complete mystery to me as I’ve no code background. I spend a lot of time watching tutorials, reading documentation, scratching around for info, but I got to say, your video’s man, are just so good. Everything you say just compartmentalises my thoughts into logical parts and makes such sense. Thank you so much for everything you offer. Please keep sharing your take on things and your ideas and knowledge!

That's really nice of you to say. I'm glad you're finding value from the channel! I promise you, we're in the same boat. All of this is 100% just figure it out! Keep being resourceful, and keep building :)

    Thank you for this video!
Can you make one more video of the actual code for assistant V2 inside voiceflow?

Liked the builtin intent workaround with ai step . Had embarrassing issues with built in first name intents in VF

Yup assistants API gives better responses at times for sure. I hate how slow and cumbersome it is though. You're not alone with using LLM to determine intents - it's one of the tasks I had good success with using assistants API. I will say though, I think with memory and processing chunks from the knowledge base can provide pretty solid results for most cases.

Hopefully VF makes it easier with some additional feature drops :)

Hi Connor, Ive been trying this AI assistant business for 3 months now, I have a website and an assistant up and running on the website. Ive tried cold emailing and cold calling potential customers, but with no luck. any advice or tips on how I can secure some customers. What industries would you recommend that i should look at targeting.

It took me 2-3 months to close my first client as well. I understand the frustration.
      Keep it simple.
      1. Talk to as many businesses as you can
      2. Build as many assistants as you can and show them to businesses.
      Best of luck!

Hey Connor, thank you for the interesting video. I am still a bit confused. I think it would be best if the whole knowledge base was with the LLM rather than Voiceflow deciding which chunk of knowledge to send to the LLM. Is that possible at all with the Assistants API and what would be the purpose of Voiceflow then?

Very good video, I really like your content. I use the assistant on my chatbot and now I have customers asking me if it respects the RGPD. For voiceflow, yes it respects the RGPD but for OpenAi, no it doesn't. So I did my research to solve this problem and found Microsoft's Azure Open Ai, which respects the RGPD while using Gpt3 and Gpt4. Could you adapt Azure Open Ai for voiceflow? Thanks

That's a great question, and I'd have to look into it. When I eventually run into a RGPD discussion, I'll have to remember this.
