Ryan very genuine explanations of you life experience! Very similar experience to what I've had in my working life!
Most people do not tell you the real truth about the property game (including trades)
Respect Mate 🤜
Thank you mate, appreciate that 😊
I relate to you a lot. Iv had similar experiences and I am at the same age as you. I invest in south wales on my own, gaining my own experience as I go making mistakes along the way and learning. I am ready to invest into my next project in south wales, doing the brrr. But I do feel like I need a good mentor like you say, I feel I need more knowledge to prevent costly mistakes. I don’t know if we could have a chat at some point?
Yeah totally agree and it’s exactly why I went full time into property around 3 years ago.
Happy to have a chat, you can book in a call with the link in the video description mate
Hope you had a great Christmas 🎄
Thats very Impressive 🙏🙏
😊
😍😍
😊
Initially, you were incredibly fortunate to have been earning such a salary where the price of property is dirt cheap. Who would you recommend, Aspire Property or Progressive Property? How much did you invest into their training courses? Why did you choose to do the same deal sourcing course with 2 different companies?
Totally agree the salary of being a testing electrician was great - very fortunate.
I invested 5 figures into their courses, and personally I would say they helped but my real progress came with my mentors after and not being trained by the bigger companies
@@ryaneastley And mentors came through those companies or from elsewhere?
@@milesborg9812my first mentor came through progressive property - however my previous 2 did not and I’m I’ve had 10X the success since having mentors who are not part of the bigger companies, actually want you to succeed and have achieved what they are teaching already
Royal Engineers?
Not sure what you mean buddy? I was an electrician and then became specialised in doing EICR reports
Let me know if that answers your question mate?
