I can't help but reflect how throughout history we see how much Israel loves their own, as obvious in the extent they would go to save/ rescue their people...the lengths they would go to save even just one person. If you think about it, it's like a hero movie where those that risk their lives to save that one person are celebrated, their daring and intelligence spoken of forever. How strange that when we see this type of heroic action unfold in real life, we criticize and condemn them for saving their people.Why? I couldn't help but think that if I were kidnapped and held hostage, how much stronger I would feel knowing that as long as I held on, my countrymen would do their utmost to bring me back home. Wish that all other countries would value each life as much as those in Israel do.

Since the Romans conquered it (when it was called "Judea") it was *always* ruled by foreign empires. The Romans Proclaimed "Judea capta" ("Judea is captured") and renamed the land "Palestina". The current Palestinian Arabs came with the Moorish conquest of Arabia in the 7th century. I can't help but reflect how throughout history we see how much Israel loves their own, as obvious in the extent they would go to save/ rescue their people...the lengths they would go to save even just one person. If you think about it, it's like a hero movie where those that risk their lives to save that one person are celebrated, their daring and intelligence spoken of forever. How strange that when we see this type of heroic action unfold in real life, we criticize and condemn them for saving their people.Why? @@ym-lv4jp You are *totally* misunderstanding the Balfour Declaration. Palestine, throughout history, was *never* a country. Since the Romans conquered it (when it was called "Judea") it was *always* ruled by foreign empires. The Romans Proclaimed "Judea capta" ("Judea is captured") and renamed the land "Palestina". The current Palestinian Arabs came with the Moorish conquest of Arabia in the 7th century.
So when it speaks of "the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people", that's perfectly legitimate. Besides, the Balfour Declaration was written in *_1917_* . You're wrong about the British facillitating Jewish immigration. Quite the opposite is true.
In 1939, the British issued a "White Paper", limiting Jewish immigration to Palestine to _15,000 a year! _ The British didn't confiscate _any_ land from the Arabs, and gave _nothing_ to the Jews. The Jews purchased the land they owned (from Arab landowners).
Besides, _when throughout history, was there _*_ever_*_ a "State of Palestine"??_ (If you don't know the answer, I'll be glad to give it to you.)

"Innocent" is a very vague term when it comes to Gazans. The hostages were being held in civilian appartments by "civilians", including one doctor and one reporter for El-Jazeera, who were sent to collect their 72 virgins from Allah. When the force was exposed, the innocent civilians, in their hundreds, reached for their AK-47s and RPG that they keep under their beds, and went innocently shooting at the force. Only Allah knows how many of them killed each other with indiscremenant fire from all directions.
It's unbelieveble.
So what happens to the remaining hostages after this?
