hi annemarie! i'm michele, 65 years old, from south australia. at first i wasn't loving your videos, but after watching a couple i have decided to subscribe! i like your content so much now. i am an amateur artist. i know a little and i love to play with lots of different art supplies, doing abstract mixed media, in my art journals as well as on loose sheets, panels and canvasses, of different sizes. i don't have the space to go huge, though, probably fortunately, for everyone else's sake! Anyway, just saying, i love your videos and keep it up; well done, girl!
I really do like your collage painting. It’s comforting with the vase of flowers and yet complex in the layering of patterns that you created which I do love! It mimics the world we are now living in at present. There is order in the chaos and visually that comes through to me. Would love those patterns in a pdf format to print out. I detect a note of hesitancy in your voice and tone, and I think you are a fabulous artist and would love to see and hear you get your confidence back. Be well Annemarie and keep painting and sharing!
I love all the layers! So many interesting things to see without being overwhelming. I hope you and hubby are both well (Cooper, too!)! May you and yours have a peaceful and blessing filled Christmas 🎄💕
Miss your pour vids, but I like the direction you are going. Happy Christmas and New Year! Prayers for you and your hubs for his health. You continue to give me inspiration to take a chance with my designs!
Lovely project, but I don't know if I would have the patience. And yet again, I really liked the ones you didn't like from the selection you showed us at the beginning! ❤
Hi Annemarie. If you mix a little transparent acrylic paint with some of the binder (or another suitable medium) you can apply it with a rag or paint it on and then wipe it off with the rag. I think you might like that better than paint with water. In English we call that glazing - applying a transparent paint over other colours to produce a new colour. Sometimes it is done over small areas or sometimes over a whole painting to unify it. For example, if you applied a warm transparent brown over your flower painting it might look like a Rembrandt! 😂 I love all your creative experiments - the shoe painting made me laugh. Wishing you and your little family a very happy and warm Christmas. Big fluffy hugs from down under. XXX Cheryl
AnneMarie, don’t chuck them, sell them because others see things that pleases their eye. I found this out when I did some pours and people picked all the ones that were my least favorite😳😁😊👏❣️. 💗you❣️🥰
Hi!! this reminds me of the Bob Blasts paintings … without the textures? Do you know what I am talking about?? x if not… check it out … i do believe you would love it!!❤️
Inspired to give this a try. I love it. Looks like so much fun. Thank you for sharing. I always enjoy your videos and can't wait until the next one.

I am not much of a flower painting person 😂
@@annemarieridderhof wouldn't say that. sounds like they are not your favorite thing to paint. No matter, paint something you like then! 😄
Lovely. Good to see you again.
