How her argument at the $200 an hour Porsche guys this was way more of a in-depth information and exactly what I said the problem would be and they said not a chance thank you so much panda Man
Thanks man. I have 2016 cayenne hybrid and this just happened. Came back from vacation back to NYC and car had a damp wet clothes smell inside. I thought it was rain water getting in. You are the real hero.
I cracked up when you said very ghetto. 🤣😅 But nice video. Great tips and how to. Thank you! I just bought a lightly used Cayenne today and I'm trying to learn EVERYTHING!.
Dear Panda, thanks for the demo but it is cumbersome for someone like me to do it effectively as you did. But now I know what’s wrong with my car and I shall take it to a qualified car garage.
That video helped me alot the problem im having is that there's a plastic part that fell out. I didn't get the panel out because I couldn't see the torx screw. I've been trying to do it with the panel still attached but no luck i need help please
Do you know what the flat cap is next to the drain plug behind the wheel I can feel that’s where the water is coming from but it’s obviously a flat plastic piece
It's much easier doing it from the top down, I made a video of this years ago. It needs to be done twice a year on both side and takes literally 5 minutes.
Thanks for the informative video. I have the same problem as well. What would happen if the floorboard stays wet for a week? Will it harm any modules? Thanks in advance .
My guess is nothing that can't be undone, but I would try to dry it up or put something to catch the water to keep the foam under the carpets from staying too wet for too long.
I've had a Honda that never had a single thing go wrong, and then the last one I bought had EVERYTHING go wrong. In fact, it's in the shop as we speak. Plus, once you've owned a German vehicle, you're pretty much hooked. There's no going back to disposable Japanese vehicles. Have you ever owned a Porsche? Sounds like maybe you haven't.
Terrific video, great camera work and well explained. Thank you very much. 5 Stars!

This video was a great help! Fixed and ready to roll with no wet floors! haha Thanks!
Thank you it’s so maddening but your calmness helps :)

Glad it helped, Adam! I was pretty confused too. I thought maybe something leaked from groceries at first.
I just had a new battery fitted and the batteryman told me I had a problem ... now I know what it is! Thanks buddy!
Great video good details
Still valuable today thanks!
nice heads up saved for future reference thanks

Any idea how to install the funnel shaped rubber pipe back onto the hole in chassis?

Thanks for the video. Saved me from hunting around for everything. I blew compressed air in the tube to get both the tube and vent.
Good idea! Probably safer than poking around with a screwdriver.
Good job. Will be tackling this tomorrow
Hope it works as well for you, Paulos!

Thank you👍
My pleasure!
Good info, but the under-panel below the glovebox has a T20 fastener, not a T15. Excellent stuff otherwise, and I laughed at the "reenactment" text!

I’m lost

I should have looked at this video before I called my plumber
Maintain your equipment and your equipment will maintain you! Peace
Quite a lot of rust on your cayenne :(
3.47 Porsche Cayenne with VW parts in it, that's obviously why you pay the big bucks for these cars, bespoke engineering. 🤣
Get a Honda dude.
I’d like an NSX
@@petervonpanda don't overcompensate dude.
Anything I do is overcompensating
