Traits of a true citizen
A true citizen shall consider the constitution of this country as the highest religion. All other personal religions and faiths may be practiced but not against the spirit of the constitution.
A true citizen shall live in peace and harmony with all other fellow citizens belonging to different religions, faiths, castes, creeds, etc. and work together for the betterment of this country. He has a complete understanding and belief in being a secular country and shall not indulge in any acts or deeds which results in promoting hatred among different communities who are co existing peacefully in this country.
A true citizen shall have sufficient understanding of the laws of the country and follows them scrupulously for a better country. He shall not indulge in any illegal activities and discharge his duty sincerely devoid of any corruption and nepotism.
A true citizen shall pay his taxes sincerely to the government. He shall not possess and hoard money earned illegally and by not paying taxes.
A true citizen shall have a firm belief in unity and integrity of this country. He has a complete understanding of the federal structure of this country and has strong belief in unity in diversity. He shall not indulge in any acts or deeds which is against the spirit of federalism.
A true citizen always strives to understand the economy and development of this country and acts accordingly.
A true citizen shall have great respect and takes pride in the heritage and culture of this country.
A true citizen shall always strive to uphold the prestige of the country by contributing his mite for the development of the country culturally, economically and technologically.
