Looking grand Polly! So glad that you are excited for the show and I just know that you are selling your amazing art pieces like crazy! Thank you for sharing this with us! I know that hanging onto prints is hard, harder when they stop selling or slow down so much it feels like they will never be sold out! Hang in there and just keep them for sale and don’t re-order. See ya next video.

I’ve always wondered what it’s like behind the scenes of a convention, the stand ended up looking amazing, congrats on getting your own stand!!!

Thanks so much for sharing this, very insightful. On set up day do you just leave your stall overnight with all your merch and products out? Is there any chance of anything getting stolen? I'm exhibiting for the first time at Megacon (also at the Excel!) and just not sure what to expect.

Yeah, you do leave your stall out overnight (after set-up and between each day). Most people (if not all!) do this. I cover my table with my old tablecloths and I don't believe I have ever had anything stolen. However, I know some people have, but that is usually stuff that isn't covered. Anything super expensive you should take with you or lock up in boxes under your table. The only people who will be in the venue after hours will be other vendors, security and venue staff, but like anything, it doesn't mean anything is 100% safe.

@@Pollygone That's great to know. I'll be getting some covers too in that case. Thank you for the tips!

if I set up a Retailer Tables ,it`s that mean they not going to change me for a 3 days entrance kicked?

No, but you have to pay for the table. Retailer tables are £700+ currently and are very hard to get.
