They are also coming from a 2days back to back overseas concert a few days before this. 2NE1 is the most hyped kpop band / girl group even if the members are between 40-30yrs old. You can try to watch their old concerts. Check out the Pretty Boy medley, Crush (from AON tour), I Don’t Care Rock version from Japan is also very hype. They don’t focus on choreography during live performances but they do have dance practices on their channel. Don’t sleep on their ballads. All 2NE1 songs charted (even Bsides) and their ballads are loved by locals & fans.

Bom has health issues so she's been struggling in the recent comeback, they also only practiced for three months (every day), I think, after 7 or 8 years without performing together, except for the surprise Coachella performance, before going on their soldout Asia comeback tour for the past several months so it's been incredibly busy for them. But 2NE1, for me and tons of others, set an extremely high standard for live performances all those years ago. Their stage presence has always been insane and in fact inspired lots of kpop artists today. I hope you'll continue exploring their content and giving them a try, and if you never understand the hype, that's valid (though I wouldn't understand it 😅).

CL and Minzy are huge vocal power houses and Dara definitely feels more cohesive in the group and holds her own with her charisma. Bom has improved the most in terms of dancing and her dancing is so much better, my only critic is her nose surgery has restricted the air intake making her able to reach higher notes easier but she sounds more unstable even compared to 2021 but overall you’re right they’re at a brand new peak.
