Newbie I'm marking the register from Simz channel #Management!!! Nice content Please talk about the Law in terms of Custody of a minor in and out of wedlock Danko!
Hi Advocate thank you for such wisdom and opening our eye. I would like to know what happens when a spouse leave's and the is no divorce, no valid will but an afidavit stating that the spouse that left should and is not part of the estate? I ask as s child of the late and my step-dad is the spouse that left my Mom.
Thank you very much advocate, this is very informative. If I may ask, if beneficiaries did not know anything when their father/mother passed on and they did not claim anything and got nothing, is it possible that at anytime when they find out about it they can still claim?
Good morning advocate. Our late father left a will with our step mother so she refuses to sign so that we can split and take 50/50. So which steps can be taken so that we can get our share? May the great God bless you more abundantly Amen🙏
Very informative
Thanks, Adv. This was indeed helpful
