I paused the video just to say thank you so much. Please, consider your video very valuable and keep going; I hope to see another analyses, will watch with pleasure.
I thoroughly enjoyed the game and greatly appreciated the insightful strategies you shared. I kindly request for future recordings to be made in a higher resolution. It was a bit challenging to see and follow the details. Thank you for your effort.
Question on scouting: You say you do scouting in 20% of games (that’s really great of you to indicate your approximate amount of scouting!!!). What do you think about scouting in order to build iron in A JUST OPENED Coalbrookdale (I mean someone connected it right before you) thus avoiding building a link and keep a wild card too, as a bonus.??? Or it’s still a poor move?
Nah, probably a good move. But many good players loathe connecting Coalbrookdale in Canal era. There are 3 coolbroakdale cards, so by connecting, that player is for sure helping someone else get a canal out. I think scouting is OK if it avoids you building a canal. Scout + build lvl III iron is quite efficient point wise, for example.

Great guide and video! Thanks much.
Tangential curiosity. Are you a Go player? I only know of the concept of a "thank you move" (arigatai te) from Go.
Yes, I played a fair amount of Go in my youth ;)

I must haved missed something. "mass beer" but you have at least two unbuilt breweries left?
I thought the same thing, the player who actually went mass beer ended up way behind
Jeez. This is confusing to watch with all those hands and points wizzing around.
Gloss-ter
I butcher English nameplaces, I know😅
@@IM_Spoon No, no. They're idiotic to begin with.
