I know this is roleplay, but I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to use your thumb to check a pulse. Iirc, it has a pulse of its own that can affect your ability to measure the patient's, so you're supposed to use your pointer and middle finger instead. That aside, I love your videos and was so glad to see a new one in my feed tonight!
