Crazy to know this guy stepped away from Wrestling due to concussions a few years ago, then came back last year and has been Wrestling on a whole another level this year! Amazing to see....
Watched A.G. all thru kids club& high school.Hes always been a fire cracker,especially if he gets down.IMO his dad deserves alot of credit,he owns and runs one of the best gyms in the midwest.Got hurt at ISU ,did the right thing took a break and let the concussion subside.But still had the desire to get on the mat.The way he wrestled Yanni,he was on fire.Only time Yanni ever looked dumb founded that I remember.Cant wait for the rematch,because we all know Yanni will adapt. Gomez has a alot of different takedown in his arsenal!

Flo wrestling needs to hire someone else for advertising because there’s absolutely no one in these stands, this could sell out an arena with the right person, imagine how much better this would have been if it was at Carver Hawkeye Arena and not in Texas

Imo, I'd love to see some former ncaa champs wrestles some of the newer ncaa champs. You know similar to Askren wrestling Quentin wright from penn state. That was legit. And Askren being an old time, beats him!
I think they should get rid of 1 pts for escapes that aren't from choosing bottom at the beginning of the period. No way you should score 2 takedowns on a person and all they need is 1 takedown to match your points.
Austin is turning into one of my favorite wrestlers, both him and Ridge Lovett (there’s a handful of others too)… They’re just fun to watch and I really like their styles! There’s too many wrestlers utilizing stalling these days imo. So I like when wrestlers aren’t afraid to attack and be offensive, especially with big moves. But I understand not every wrestler is suited for that and may not have that style… Some guys’ skill sets/abilities are more geared for defensive wrestling; however, there’s a big difference between defensive wrestling & stalling. Some guys (I won’t mention any names) absolutely have the ability, but as soon as they wrestle someone close to their ranking (or better), they break out the stalling and use it as an advantage, instead of opening up and actually wrestling. Sorry for the little rant, point is, I like these wrestlers who aren’t afraid to go for it and leave it all out there on the mat!
Gomez owns SASSO ! Guys used to have problems with figuring out how to get in on Sammy,without getting tied up.If there watching this,they should see how.Gomez is a beast,he can score in so many positions!
