Wind Blade is underrated asf. Fast start up, you can combo into it and combo extend from it, and has good range. It also has a VERY short cooldown. With all this, it can be effective in every phase of a fight.
ngl the issue ive had when trying to use it is that its kinda janky in the fact that: - u cant do a delayed inhale with it/its inhale window is only for an instant - u get slowed while casting it which is annoying if spamming inhale movement as an inhale spammer thats really the only reason id want wind gun instead

spiders since youve consistently climbed through each monthly leaderboard, im curious as to what era of meta builds and archetypes u hated the most in chime
my least favorite meta to deal with was the macro dagger meta after sheep made this build: ruclips.net/video/aAC6oKdDuoU/видео.html the builds ive struggled with the most have always been very quick light weapon builds, and when this build specifically became popular that was really rough for me
@@SpidersDW makes sense esp with how much of a effect it had even after, since more and more non-top 250 people kept using macros in chime, (rarely even if i read their feint in parry trades they can still feint + m1 and still end up hitting me first when theyre a slower weapon type) personally though, id say the current meta of wyrmtooth and ironsing heavy is my least favorite because it becomes pointless to attempt to space them and then theres also alot of hyperarmor spam. also is it just me or is the option for input buffering gone in the settings???? i feel like it mightve been made to be innate but i personally despised it
I once fought a tanky ass arcwarder with ice spikes and he just camped my ass with ice spikes and other long range or big aoe mantras. the 9 minute fight was not enjoyable (he dropped a hero blade tho win is a win)

Can you try glare + uppercut rising wind combo, im only 1k elo and it lands frequently for me but idk if its good for higher chime

crystal knee spring spark is actually really good for extending combos! ive been using it w/spear and its lowkey broken.

no mods, probably a bloodless would be best, but can run wind or blessed or insignia
