Li Yundi - 李雲迪

Li Yundi (also known as Yundi Li) is a Chinese classical pianist who was born on October 7, 1982, in Chongqing, China. He first rose to prominence in 2000 when he won the International Frédéric Chopin Piano Competition, becoming the youngest pianist to win the competition at the age of 18.
Since then, Li Yundi has established himself as one of the most renowned classical pianists of his generation, with a reputation for his virtuosity and sensitivity. He has performed in major concert halls all over the world, including Carnegie Hall in New York, Royal Albert Hall in London, and the Berlin Philharmonic.
In addition to his concert career, Li Yundi has also recorded numerous albums, including recordings of works by Chopin, Beethoven, Liszt, and Rachmaninoff. He has received numerous awards and honors throughout his career, including being named one of the 100 most influential people in the world by Time magazine in 2008.
