I so appreciate this man of God and his solid preaching of the word of God I miss him but at least we have his books and videos 🙋♀️👀🙏 watching and praying here in Tennessee
I just discovered Dave Hunt and his teaching. Praise God. I want to share this with everyone in my church, yet when I consider whom to share it with, I pretty much know that they will be too busy. Still, I will share it. Because maybe the Holy Spirit will pierce the veil.
In a figurative sense the amazing teachings of Dave Hunt, Chuck Missler, Ken Johnson, etc.... are like an appetizer of the wedding feast to come, and as in that parable, the vast majority of churchgoers are too busy to partake in the amazing teachings, freely offered, at the click of a mouse. I live by faith in the Son of God. He gives me rest. I have time to partake. It is for freedom that he has set me free.
I want heaven NOW. Before I get up in the morning! I'm fed up with this place . I want to live with Christ and know perfect peace forever. No more anxiety or being niggled at by the enemy of our souls. *"AMEN! COME, LORD JESUS! "* Revelation 22:20
This is why we have to persevere, if perseverance were not important, every saved person would be raptured in heaven or would die as soon as they are converted. We stay here to fight the good fight, we are not above or greater than our Master Jesus-Christ to escape tribulations and persecutions . It's a promise that we will have tribulations in this world, it's not an option. And it's the only way to go through sanctification and be cleaned day by day and being transformed into the Image and nature of Christ.

It’s been a year since you posted that about wanting to be with the Lord now. I feel the same way. I just know that he must want us here for some reason and that we can live for him until he comes. So much power in that statement. “…I am the way, the truth, and the life…” Meditate on those three and the meaning of those in scripture. Christ Jesus is everything to those that truly believe. Then the Holy Spirit reminding me “…I am the way, the truth, and the life…no one comes to the Father but by me” Yes because I believe in Jesus Christ I should practice righteous works but those righteous works are to glorify the Father, the Son , and the Holy Spirit. But the path to God…the way to God was only made possible by Jesus Christ the Son of God. Without Jesus there is no way to God.

I long for heaven and desire it more than life, but more than that, that I fulfilled the ministry in which he put me here to accomplish to not be selfish to say I’m saved and forget all the lost souls. God told Jonah you would not be concerned for 120,000 souls who do not know their left from their right how selfish. I desire to walk circumspectly and four fill the work in which he has placed me here to accomplish well with Christ all things are possible.
Even if we were given a date when Jesus Christ would return I'd still look into the skies everyday till He came to rapture us all. I think it is more about longing than just being prepared!

@@pippinbaker8440 Well there are saints that existed before the Tribulation of course, there are saints mentioned in Philippians 4:21 to be greeted 2000 years ago, there have been saints for the last 20 centuries, these have got to be the saints that come with Jesus at His 2nd coming, it is not logical that the saints who come with Jesus at His 2nd coming are the same saints that are gathered (the elect) by Him when He returns, as there are not 2 second comings of Christ.

The Lord talks about the Rapture in John 14 but not Matthew 24 which is describing the second coming to earth. Matthew describing the elect included Jews not the church

Jesus is The Word. He is The Word God spoke from upon the Mount. He is The Word God Wrote with His own finger. He is The Word God made flesh, we know as Jesus. In Him, The Word is the love, the spirit, the covenant, the blessings, our hope and our everything. That is why we are instructed to "put Him on", to "keep" The Commandments. To allow His spirit to go before us. Jesus is the Law that hung on the cross, He is the Law that is written upon our heart. If you are looking for a Word from God, trying obeying His instructions in Deut.6:8-9, allow Him to teach and lead you. If you wish to have the Testimony of Jesus then "keep" also the Sermon on the Mount, or if you love Him keep His words and dwell also in the love of Jesus. Protect you and yours from those who are coming to steal, kill and destroy.
I don’t understand why anyone would want to stay here any longer than they have too. It’s so corrupt. I know the young want to marry and have babies, but I rather be with The Most High like how Adam and Eve were in the garden.

Yes because I believe in Jesus Christ I should practice righteous works but those righteous works are to glorify the Father, the Son , and the Holy Spirit. But the path to God…the way to God was only made possible by Jesus Christ the Son of God. Without Jesus there is no way to God.
