Love my Xplory. Yeah, it’s not the most compact for storage, but it’s so smooth, easy to push, and my baby loves it. It saves my back from all the bending to pick up my child. And as we often take walks and trips to parks, I can just sit down on a bench and be eye level with her. I’ve used a few strollers, and xplory is my favorite. I do wish I could fold it down more, but i would never trade it for a more compact stroller.
I would strongly disagree with calling Xplory a gimmick! As someone with arthritis in my lower back and pelvis and being 5'7" tall - Xplory is the only pram that allowed me to put baby in and out of it painlessly. Also I do not drive, and the Xplory has a very small footprint because you can fold down the handle and therefor very convenient for public transport. As you mentioned the folding - again, the fact I don't need to bend down and can use my legs to do most of it is a godsend. Yes it is a city design, but thats OK it has its function and it does it well. For hiking and more off-road ventures I do have the Trailz chasis. Again, the folding mechanism is very similar. The seat fits both chasis so thanks to the "long" fold the chasis not currently in use can be resting on a hook in the shed/garage/mudroom well out of the way.
@@LexyBaby829 I used mine until she was 2.5 almost 3 years old. I never needed a stroller after that even At amusement parks (Disneyland/knotts/ lego land ect) so that wasn’t an issue for me.
As always, great video! I have used all these strollers myself and I couldn't agree with you more. I'd take the Bee over the Cameleon without hesitation. The Xplory looks cool but is so so heavy and there is literally no right place to hold on to when you need to lift it. And the Priam is just flimsy.
My e- priam isn’t rickety like you show on this video, and it’s been an absolute life saver for me, although it does have the battery to add performance, which the one in the video does not. I couldn’t be without it, it’s so worth the price tag, BUT a better guarantee would give more peace of mind for the future.
We loved our xplory! It is heavier then our cybex mios and yoyo but was an absolute must during the first 1,5y. Never had to bend down to put my baby in there and I felt like he loved cruising high too lol. It folds in two pieces not sure why it wasn’t shown in the video but it’s meant as a city stroller and I definitely struggled in the snow with those tiny wheels
I freaking love my stokke XploryX. I have no idea what you are talking about as far as its only for style. Many people only care about their own comfort( how it folds blah blah) over their childs. My son will only sit in that stroller. Try putting him in a cheap stroller hell smack you haha. The stokke is super comfortable. That a hige deal to fold ( youre grossly overreacting there lol ) im pregnant with a huge belly and i do it with one hand and put it in the back of my suv in like 20 seconds. Its super eary to unfold and my son loces being high up and in a comfortable seat with a proper footrest where his feet arent dangling. And as far as only being useful for smooth terrain, ya, no. I live in a town with alot of lease roads and small rocks and it glides through everything because the back wheels are awesome and even though the front ones are smaller , they are very sturdy as well. I have tried many other strollers and nothing compares to the wheels on stokke or even the mima xari ( now that one, while awesome wheels, is only for style as the seat is way to small and doesnt have an adjustable footrest and horrible canopy) you should have replaced the stokke with the xari
I was recommended the Priam at Barnas Hus today. I asked her about Emmaljunga NXT90F, Cybex Priam or Bugaboo Fox. She said that quality wise they are the same.
NXT90 is the strongest and most terrain capable, Priam has the second strongest chassis overall, but the Fox2 has better suspension and bigger wheels, which means less wear to the chassis in the long run. In my opinion, for Oslo, go with the NXT or the Fox2 from these 3. :)
@@BarnevognverkstedNo thank you! I was also considering Stokke Trailz (from Finn) but the babys father is very long and I think the "sportsdel" seems so small and uncomfortable for a large 1,5 year old. I had the Emmaljunga Mondial once. Very good stroller! At the shopping centre I just had to demand the space
Completely disagree! I have owned 4 strollers and by far the yoyo has to be my favorite. I have traveled 3 continents with it and it’s still going strong 4 years later. I purchased it incidentally as a travel stroller but it has definitely became my everyday stroller. I live in a city and commute exclusively by car so it’s perfect for my lifestyle and I think it folds down easily and most importantly it’s very compact
They’re cheap for a reason, they lack in good quality materials and craftsmanship. You can get really Well built prams at around the $500 mark these days, so pretty affordable compared to the prices of the “luxury” prams. If not I’d rather buy a good quality 2nd hand pram in good condition off gumtree or marketplace.
@@makepeacewithyourbrokenpieces That's not always the case. I've got 7 kids and have been fortunate enough to have been sent prams to test and review. The £1700 model I tested felt no different to the £350 model that I was sent a few months later, infact I would have put money on the cheaper one lasting longer. Yes, a lot of cheap ones are awful, but there are some real properly affordable gems out there. You don't need to spend big to get a quality pram.
I have the e-Priam. The battery does help on uphills and tough terrain. Nonetheless, I have noticed the rickety handles that you demonstrated. I thought it was just mine that started to get wear and tear, or that I mishandled it. Now, I see it’s not just mine. I’ve invested so much on this stroller, have even ordered accessories from EU to the US. I do love it and get compliments all the time. However, Problems I’ve encountered are the rickety handles/frame causing it to squeak, the break is awfully hard that I sometimes chose not to use it because it would wake up my baby. The cup holder is not really practical. It’s out of hands reach, and my water bottle would fall every so often which made it annoyingly enough to stop using the cup holder. Getting a stroller caddy now for this reason. Lastly, it’s definitely not a very lightweight stroller. Getting a second stroller now for traveling purposes. Makes you think though, is there such thing as the perfect stroller? There will always be pros and cons IMO.
My baby and i both love our cybex e priam. I love walking to the terrains, downhill and uphill. The battery is a life saver. I feel sometimes guilty looking at my friends with difficulty going uphill and downhill with their strollers. While i'm walking easy and not sweating at all 😊 btw, it was my husband's idea to buy the epriam
I’ve had 200 prams for my 4 kids.... there was prams I love and my kids hated being in Stoke xplory was one. I adored the style of it but it’s impractical and the bairns weren’t comfy at all. But our favourite the bugaboo buffalo we both loved. If I had another baby I really want the Marie Chantal silvercross can’t beat a coach built!
Right on. :) The Buffalo is one of my favorite models ever, and Silver Cross heritage models rock as well (they're significantly better as a company at building the classic stuff than the new stuff, imo). :)
I find xplory so ugly and not functional, with those bags instead of normal basket under the seat. I have a Trailz and love it, mainly because we don't drive and never have to fold it. Trailz is the only stokke stroller worth the money imo
Pieces of under engineered and way overpriced garbage.. Anyone know about mechanical design? Mechanics over ascetics. Comment because you have one.. We then can see who actually falls/fell for this.

I loved the xplory! Tall, very manoeuvrable, you can easily push it with one hand. No regrets there
I loved my Stokke Xplory! No regrets in buying. I will be using again for my next.
that seat is way too small for an older child i always worry about the childs comfortability in that stroller
@@LexyBaby829 I used mine until she was 2.5 almost 3 years old. I never needed a stroller after that even At amusement parks (Disneyland/knotts/ lego land ect) so that wasn’t an issue for me.

I laughed when you said the Priam is purchased for its copper piping. Genius observation, sir!
Stokke xplory, the best 😍😍😍
Love to see reviews on the EGG strollers!

I love jeep strollers for jogging and hiking.
Great video. Will you be doing a review of any Inglesina prams or pushchairs? Particularly interested in the Aptica XT.
Add the babyzen yoyo. So so overpriced, hard to fold, really unstable… the list goes on

Can you please do the Diono Flexa or the Phil&Teds sport?
Hi, What's your thoughts on the Mamas and Papas Occaro..
Would really appreciate your valued opinion..kind Regards
I haven't seen it yet, unfortunately, sorry. :)
Is there a possibility for cheap strollers and prams in the future? Some, that are better than expencive ones. ☺️
