There is something about the geometric furniture design balanced with warm wood, muted colors and accent pieces that have just a pop of color that's instantly recognizable, and of course the industrial themed gear sculptures in the background made of iron, it's awesome! That loft is of course some insanely priced place in Manhattan I'm guessing but you could definitely take design aspects on a small scale budget for a reno.
