Just finished watching the last 8 episodes with WeTV Express Package. The acting, story and chemistry of the main leads were all ON POINT! Such beautiful directing and wonderful music (especially of that one specific scene in E48).
Wu Lei and Zhao Lusi did an amazing job in this drama. This has become one of my favorite dramas of all time. This drama made me laugh, cry, and angry at times. Love how Cheng Shaoshang stayed true to her character and didn’t forgive him immediately. He had to repent and reflect that he made a big mistake. But in the end, they still ended up with each other. Although, wish we could’ve gotten a wedding scene instead of a narrative. 🥰
Wu Lei’s performance has left me in awe. I can feel all his emotions through his eyes: pain, anguish, ruthlessness, love, understanding and loyalty. He was so flawed, such a grey character, yet he found his love, hope and family among the chaos. He deserves an award for his performance. Both main leads deserve some awards along with a reunion of another drama together.

This is one of longer videos I’ve made so far, but then again this drama had 56 episodes (which is a lot to cover). I’ve been working on this edit since the start of the drama, so it’s been sitting on my computer for the last 1.5 months. 😂 I tried to match scenes to the lyrics as best as I could, but sometimes it doesn’t match given that I had to follow the storyline.

It isn't your fault. Every scene is so precious. I never once hit fastforward button but i repeat them instead for clear understanding and self-satisfaction 🥰😁. They are just so good. Can't thank the Director enough for his dedication in capturing their greatest love. Love like a GALAXY indeed. And all the cast really delivered.
I'm falling hard for Zisheng and Shao Shang love story and the fact that both actors are single it makes the situation worse and I start lurking behind the scenes 😂 . Help me god !! 😁
I can't agree enough. I'm so thankful they take Shao Shang's disappointment seriously. 5 long episode for their closure .They love each other so much but stuck at a point of no return and yet fate has a better story for them 😍.
@@shazzytree I’m glad they stayed true to CSS character. It was such a great performance by Zhao Lusi. You can see literally her character’s transformation from a youth to a mature young lady. She was so calm, and there was a look of sadness in her eyes every time I see her on screen.

I like Zhao Lu Si’s dramas, but I am in awe of Wu Lei. I totally agree with you, his eyes convey so much; I also know that he’s being praised in China for the fighting scenes, his so smooth and his timing is perfect and of course his expressions ❤❤❤❤
@@selfishwing789 I’m glad you enjoy this video. Wu Lei definitely grabbed my attention more so in this drama than The Long Ballad. As you’ve mention, his action scene executions were so smooth and well-done. I will definitely be watching his future works as he’s so talented.
The longer the better, we're not complaining! Part 2 knocked part 1 into oblivion; so many emotions and the song is perfect!
The only thing missing from this series was a wedding scene at the end for them.

Yes there should be a wedding scene that was the most important thing in this drama why because their marriages was postponed 3 times..so this will be the highlight wedding ceremony..

This video is truly a gem! It shows the story of their slow burn but deep love perfectly. Zisheng's love for ShaoShang is definitely as big as the galaxy and vice versa. Someone needs to put Wu lei and Lusi in another drama together for world's peace.

Creator your right. The fact that she didn't forgive right away and he had to earn her forgiveness made the drama so real. I really liked Wu Lei's display of emotions it was phenomenal.
If your man doesn't love you the way Ling Bu Yi loves Chen Shang Shang don't bother with him.

Wu Lei is made for historical drama. After watching The long ballad, I thought no one would look as good as Dilreba did with Wu Lei but Zhao Lusi surely outdid my expectations. They were so good together. Their acting was also very natural. Lusi has actually progressed a lot since The Long ballad, actually, it was one of her first roles in the drama where she was so sophisticated, mature, and serious.
What was the role of dilraba in this drama? Wasn't she the main female lead?
No, In this drama Leo and Lusi are the leads. Dilreba is not in this drama but she is in the Long Ballad alongside both of them.

I simply adore ZLS. She ALWAYS has me rewatching her dramas, but this one... this one is on a whole other level. I was (am still am) in love with Who Rules The World and I really didn't think she could top that one, but WOW! This drama just blew my mind. She made me laugh, then cry, and then sometimes made me laugh and cry at the same time. She nailed Shaoshang's character so completely. Her relationship with her mother, her relationship with Ling Buyi - just so many layers to the story and characters.
This was my first Wu Lei drama, and he totally ROCKED it. I'm in awe. His performance was outstanding. He's in my top 5 C-drama actors now with this one drama alone, lol. And his chem with ZLS was fire!!! I've rewatched this drama so many times I've lost count. And I still can't get enough. They need another drama ASAP!
And this FMV? PERFECTION! I loved it so much. I've watched it over and over, and I really can't get over how perfectly you captured their relationship. All the ups and downs and all the good and the bad. They were perfectly imperfect, and you got it all in 16 minutes of phenomenal editing, cut choices, voiceovers/captions, flashbacks intertwined and paralleled with the playing scenes, and scene transitions. This whole vid gave me so many feels, from beginning to end. I LOVED it! Incredible!

I’ve watched Wu Lei in a few dramas before this, the last one being The Long Ballad. His performance was great there, but he took it to another level in LLTG. He’s such a seasoned actor and his acting shows it. I hope that these two can collaborate on another drama.
This is also my first wu lei drama then the one with dilraba is my 2nd wulei drama
This is the first Chinese Historical drama I watched completely from 1 to 56 episode without fast forwarding some scenes. Usually I only watch few beginning episodes and the final because this kind of dramas usually has so many episodes. This drama is highly recommended to watch, from the story to the acting, it's superb. The actors too are all beautiful especially ofcourse the lead. Too bad, the ending is not so grand, I was hoping there is a wedding scene and a wholesome honeymoon scene in their new house😪

I really liked the lead female character till the last few episodes---when she kept holding on to her anger. I really wanted to slap her. It has been five years----get over it.
I could rewatch their story again and again but my heart would still not get satisfied. Their love story is the most pure and beautiful one I have ever seen! It has its moments of agony but their strong love and devotion towards each other is so much so that their existence will have no meaning if either one doesn't live makes their love story eternal and dreamlike.
Fate gave them a traumatic past and, on the other hand, made them meet each other when they needed it the most - their encounter became the stepping stone of their happiness that they were deprived of since they were born.
It's hard to find someone as charismatic and powerful as Ling Buyi who is also a loyal lover. He is as ruthless and merciless in punishing the perpetrators as he is gentle and loving with his beloved. He knew Shaoshang was the one, and only one, from the moment he saw her and that realisation - the way his face and eyes softened - won my heart.
Niao Niao learned to rely on and trust someone else other than herself after she fell for Zisheng. That came with a price though - he decided to leave her in a vulnerable state for his own revenge. Although she was ready to die with him, her life was too precious for Ling Buyi to let it end like that. Their separation period was too hard for me to watch but it was necessary for him to realise what he did with her. I was really glad they got their happy ending or else I would have lost faith in true love like theirs.
Wu Lei and Zhao Lusi gave absolute justice to the characters of Ling Buyi and Cheng Shaoshang. I loved them so much!
One of the best series I’ve ever watched. The character arches are so “on,” it’s almost scarey! The whole cast, main and supporting cast played their roles exceptionally. The overall storyline was magnificent, really gave everyone a chance to extend talents that were portrayed wonderfully
the cinematography, the music, the acting, the facial expressions, the way they move, the chemistry, everything. everything about them and this drama just gives me chills. such a masterpiece and i know there will never be a drama like this again. we were truly blessed with this gem. i am a lover of many dramas but the way this one made me feel was something i can only explain as "unreal". they blew me away. I still can't believe that I watched all 56 episodes without skipping a single minute. Instead many episodes I rewatched before going for the next. I haven’t seen many historical drama so I don’t know if there is another one so beautiful and exciting like this one.

1. the super supportive emperor family
2.all cheng family member being amazing soldiers
3. they not only called Ling buyi god of war but also showed how fierce he is in a battle field.
4. niao niao being so confident in herself
5. I even cried when lu yao and Nn broke uo, that shows how amazing each character was
6. and last but not the least, the fire chemistry between ling buyi and niao niao 🔥🔥🥲

Leo Wu is so good looking! I hope he and ZLS would make another series. After watching this, I'm having a hard time watching another Cdrama that is equally good . Thi is just one of the best I've seen. I just hoped they extended it to see a grand wedding, and seeing a few of their children. I heard there was a novel of some sort that they had 7 children? just wow!

OMG....this is an EPIC TRIBUTE to this couple and it shows your hard work. This drama is the best of 2022 for me! You've outdone yourself this time. We can clearly see the slow burn romance and how their relation progressed. I love scenes from the self-defense lessons at 9:34 and the kiss parallels at 10:50 was beautiful. Love how you intro the video to instrumental, and don't hear the full lyrics until the last 3 minutes of the video until it became very impactful. Just BRILLIANT! This drama has all to offer, action, drama, comedy, love story. So entertaining I have to watch it 3x in a row. Title speaks for itself. Li Bu ying’s love for her is as vast as the galaxy. Best of all Zhao Lusi’s drama. Plus they look good together. Hope they can have a present day drama.

i am rewatching this before 2022 ends and this is one of the best historical romance genre drama i watched. Wu lei and lusi chemistry is off the charts. One of the best novel adaptation from the cinematic, supporting casts,ost,and scripts. i cried again watching your MV
One of the best series I have seen in decades.
Loved the characters (some larger than life), of how the two main characters grow individually over time and how their relationship evolves, complex mother-daughter and family dynamics generally, etc.
It had love (never ending life, love at first sight), jealousy, bullying, favouritism, humour, revenge, the frailty of life, and so much more.
Loved seeing a strong lead female character on screen, like a tomboy. Brilliant! Music was amazing too.
Would have loved to have seen an epic wedding for these two amazing characters. ❤
I am rewatching this masterpiece again, my 5th time. Always its like watching it like the first time. Not a single dull moment in every episode. Zhao Lusi and Lu Wei are just amazing in their role. I have only praises and admiration to the creator, writer, producer, director and everyone involved in the production of this masterpiece. No other Cdrama in comparison.

108 times on pause and rewind and 2 rounds on each episode. why? and then I discovered the answer to this c drama addiction that is not only about the main two leads but the role of the whole crew cast from the series are all so very well plotted, especially on the mum and daughter intensity relationship which can really blow you away. My first ever cdrama didn't know there were cdramas. just by chance !! the story and acting was riveting , mind blowing but it set the bar very high for other cdramas and actors . totally love ❤ Wu Lei and Zhao Lusi.

Then I saw Love Like The Galaxy I thought it was sci fi ….lol and I loved it and fell for Wu Lei after I haven’t stopped kdramas and cdramas 150 series since April 2022 . Love the historical ones murder and crime . Only like a few modern romances like You are My Glory Yang Yang and Dilareba . No more Hollywood for me . Though I have grown up on Hollywood films .

OMG WHAT AN EDIT THIS IS( writing in caption because that's how exited I am right now). Truly giving justice to our galaxy couple. This drama has been such a memorable journey making me a fan of Wu Lei, sad that it ended but happy that it ended in a best way possible and that is Cheng Shaoshang and Ling Buyi ending together can't ask for more though a wedding scene would have been more prefect but still they ended together not in a separate way is enough for my fragile heart

Oh and show later NN&General Huo's kids, little NN or Hou Wu Shang. It still feels empty and incomplete with that last episode.. filming their faces looking at night sky is a bit weird.. cringey.. I rather they film the sky 🌌 Galaxy..

This is the best CDrama so far. I used to think that “Who rules the world” is the best until I saw this drama… all the actors done a excellent job, so do the director… you can’t help but fell in love with it over and over again. She the troublemakers & he always the one who safe her !

Words can't describe all the feels of this phenomenal drama! But, this video captured the essence of the characters and the enduring love story of Shaoshang and Buyi and the relationships of the people around them. Bravo! Hats off to Lusi and Wulei. They are young actors yet showed such depth in their acting and portrayal of their characters. One of the best dramas in C-history for me.

This drama is very close to my heart and your video is giving me all the emotions I felt when I watched it for the first time! Zisheng's deep love and loyalty towards Shaoshang touched my heart. He is so cold and ruthless for his enemies and so gentle and caring for his woman. She is the happiness of his life, the ray of light amidst the darkness which surrounded him since his childhood. She gave him the love, warmth and support of a family ; he gave her his heart, loyalty and protection. I don't think I have loved a character so much like Zisheng before.
Zhao lusi did great in hidden love and wu lei also did his best in amidst of love storm but still i miss *them* from *love like the galaxy* ❤❤❤❤❤

I have watched this drama 10 times. Wulei and Zhao Lusi are King and Queen Chinese costume drama.
How could you rewatch it ten times? Even watching one time makes me cry so much that my eyeballs and my chest hurt a lot. Even after finishing the drama with a happy ending, I still can't stop crying for days!! I watched the whole series continuously for 4 days and just so I could find out the ending, I watched the series the whole night without sleeping and I was relaxed that they ended up togther at the end. But still, there wasn't a wedding scene and I felt like something was missing in the ending. After going through a lot of emotions and ups & downs, the production team should have rewarded us with the proper wedding scene and how they live together as a family after getting children (happily ever after). :((

I can't rewatch LLTG while knowing that it will hurt me, make me feel emotional and cry a lot that would tear my heart 😭.
It is heartbreaking to know that Zisheng didn’t love Shaoshang more than he loved his revenge. But I can’t blame him since he’s right from his POV. Shaoshang would be my favorite drama female lead so far and she had earned my respect ever since she being mature and choosing to break up with Zisheng even after they met again after five years, even when she still loved him. I know dramas like these are justified only when male and female leads end up together at the end but even if there were no Guo Village case and Zisheng and Shaoshang never ended up together, I’m fine with that because it’s realistic and also justified to both parties that way because just because two people love each other, it doesn’t mean that they can just forget all and everything else just to be together. Both parties are mature, reasonable and have solid reasons behind their choices which is why I’m unable to wish them to let go of everything and just fall into each other’s arm in the scene where Zisheng and Shaoshang told each other that they were leaving the city for their own purposes and that they might never meet again-despite how heart-wrenching it was. The plotline is impeccably reasonable and it is what I mainly love about this drama. And also this edit is amazing and I really want to thank the editor for this! LLTG the best! 🌌✨❤️

I dont watch historical cdrama before but LLTG changed my mind. The best i have ever watched. ❤ the chemistry between these two leads are just so so good but beyond that, their acting skills was so superb! U can feel the emotions through and through. Its still the best cdrama for me so far even after watching endless cdramas(modern and historical), i keep coming back to this.

I just completed all 56 episodes and still couldn't let go of them. This drama was so compelling and I can honestly say one of the best of all time in terms of all aspects. Character development, plot driven, casting, chemistry among friends, lovers, foes and family, cinematography and heck! esp. the music. Both OSTs and the scores elevated every moments of the drama. I can’t praise them enough but this drama is truly one of the greatest story ever told. The right amount of light and heavy, the comedy and tragedy, the politics and family, the love and war, the traditions, customs and morale... It feels like after watching the drama, I've lived the life of every character in this story. I will forever cherish the feelings I've felt during the time I spent watching this.

P.S.> I've been a fan of Zhao Lusi ever since I saw the Romance of Tiger and Rose (it was because of her that I've become a historical cdrama fan) and I've watched all her works. I also just completed Who Rules The World back to back with Love Like The Galaxy... I'm enamored with the great love story of Bai-Hei Fengxi but when it comes to overall review, Love Like The Galaxy takes the cake. Nevertheless, I'm truly proud of her!

I watched this fanmade video sometime ago before I saw the drama when I finished watching other drama of lusi. I was very skeptical at first coz I am not into historical drama and the last historical drama I have watch was 'moon lovers' which is a kdrama. And then, i stumbled a couple of videos in facebook where lusi showed his prowess as an actress portraying her role of shaoshang. It made me interested because of how bold, daring and smart shaoshang is so I tried the 1st episode just for fun and then i was hooked. The drama met my expectation and then I finished the whole episode for three days. Wu Lei and Zhao Lusi did an exemplary job in this drama especially the whole cast. The leads was not the only ones who carried this but the supporting actors also. I love, love, love it and I did not regret watching it.
After 1 year I watch again I really miss them 😢❤️❤️ I hope soon they will okay again talk and great each other I don't want to see them ignore each other
