if i won the lottery i would immediately think how to double that amount, just saving it on the bank is not an option for me because inflation is real. the most wise option is to immediately spend it to put up investments that will have higher value as time goes by like residential or commercial lots, putting up apartment bldg or commercial bldg that business owners can rent/lease so it will give you passive income. putting up a business can work too but if you want less risk, franchising popular fast food chains in your area can be the second best option to go.
If I won it, I wouldn’t make a big announcement about it. However I would buy my mother something special and hide it with me “saving up” from my job, as a thanks for everything. Then I’d buy my dad his favourite anime figurine (Son Goku), one that is fully articulated and high quality.
