Having Chloe break down in church shows how much she is trying to process. Having her behave "normal" at the start of the episode shows her strength. Such a great, but very short, season ahead. Its a great relief knowing Chloe has the truth and how she deals with it.

It's weird hearing people's interpretation of other religions. Catholics don't worship saint's, they may celebrate them, and they may pray to them, but it's more like "put in a good word in with God for me" Like if you're speaking with a deceased relative in prayer form asking them to look out for you. (you say it because you assume they're in heaven) it's kinda the same deal with the saints since from the Catholics point of view every saint is supposed to be in heaven. But then again I barely passed theology course years ago so don't take my word for it.

So, I'm racking my brain trying to remember if Catholics pray specifically to Jesus. You can pray to Mary asking that she ask for you. Same with saints. Also, different forms of Christianity have different saints if they even HAVE saint. Like I think the Baptists don't have saints nor do they revere Mary like the other Christian faiths EXCEPT that she was a pure woman and she birthed Jesus (never having known the touch of a man). Also different countries have different saints.

Must've of forgotten about Lutherans, Baptists and all the other Christian based faith religions throughout the world [And also that Judaism, Islam and Christianity have many common traits and are rooted in Abrahamic Religions] They likely should never talk religion, they don't obviously understand any of it.

When Netflix picked up season 4 I thought “finally! A studio that can actually give this story it’s due!” But then seasons 5 and 6 happened… ugh. Enjoy this season though. I won’t even be able to bring myself to watch your reactions to 5 and 6. Don’t wanna remind myself the trash the show became

Adoration is for God only, Veneration is for everyone else in his service and His Instruments (Angels, Saints, Martyrs) They are two completely different thing Let's say Praying to Mary is like asking the Mother of God (because Jesus is God) to put a good word with Him when you believe you are not worth enough to ask Him directly (and no one is really worthy enough to ask Him directly). Catholicism believe we are all sinners and no matter how much good we do, we can not make it to Heaven alone. Jesus Sacrifice (God's Only Son Willing Sacrifice) was needed to free us from the Original Sin and God's Grace is what allows good people to get to Heaven. The shows is all about God's Plan and Free Will and taking responsibility of what happens to you and around you.

Season 1 is also my favorite. I still don't know if I prefer 4 or 5 after.
