I never owned the RX before. Always wanted to own one. Most of the time it can be the power supply. The first thing in troubleshooting is checking the power supply.
You'll probably need to take apart the joystick/button assembly and get under it to fix the button. (Usually a stuck button is related to the spring.) The manual for the Aurora should have instructions for removing it.
