My real name is Jihad, and I've been facing challenges at work in a non-Muslim area. It's been difficult, especially when tensions between countries and the West are high, often associating my name with terrorism. My co-workers seem to be pretending everything is okay, but I can sense their unease and they careful at me side by side. I find myself overthinking what they might think of me because of my name, fearing they see me as a symbol of terror. However, reflecting on the meaning behind my name, I realize how profoundly beautiful it is. "Jihad" signifies striving and struggling for what is right in Islam. It's a reminder of the strength and resilience instilled in me by my faith. Despite the challenges, I am grateful for the name my father gave me. Alhamdulillah.
the problem is that what is right in islam is often against humanity. I hope your day to day life experience gets better. Dropping that name should do wonders!

Just to add a justification on question why women and men do not pray together but separately. Because It's a matter of purification and concentration. Exa: if men and women are lined together in prayer and touching each other somehow is happening, then power of concentration is weak. For purification, it can be spoiled when sexual feeling is felt, in the same way as the ablution (prayer hygiene) is spoiled and you need to re-do it before entering the prayer. Most of all, the intention of purification and concentration plays a big role in Islam prayers.
