In today’s emotional vlog, the whole family is at their wits' end trying to get the house ready to sell! There’s so much to do, from painting to tackling all the overwhelming tasks we didn’t expect. Terra and Aydah especially have a tough time as the stress and emotions run high. Will we ever get everything done in time? Watch as we push through the chaos together, but at some points, we seriously don’t want to do this anymore. Let’s get real about the challenges of selling a home-join us on this rollercoaster of a day.

It is not up to the seller to fix the walls, or repaint. The buyer may want a different color. The only thing a buyer can request be done is crucial repairs, such as plumbing, electrical and so on. It is way to inconvenient to sellers to have to do things like that. Unless you move out completely and have the work done to show the house. While not nearly as a large by a whole friggin lot. I just bought an apartment. As soon as it closed I hired contractors to fix and paint the walls, and ripped out all the carpets and installed vinyl through out. No matter how well kept, I didn't want someone else's carpets. Don't worry! Be happy! 😊😊🙏🙏

@@sbtvfam Most welcome. Another thought is yes cost 20K to paint, however the buyers can have the cost of whatever they want to do, blended into the mortgage. Good luck.

Moving is always a sad, scary, and stressful time, but in the end, God has a plan and everything will work out perfectly in the end.
Please Aydah stop doing that. You can cause cross-contamination with the rest of the food inside the fridge and countertops! Plus you can actually get sick from it without properly cleaning the workstation!!
