Great to see you're still learning and discovering new aspects of club, mace and, now, hammer swinging. Thanks for the new moves. Wouldn't a kettlebell swing like hip hinge (with a straighter back) be more beneficial in the second part of the exercise? Just my thought.

I think a mace makes more sense. I see no benefit to use a hammer instead of a mace.
Fascinating stuff. I’d never heard of the Hungarian Hammer before. Something new to look into!
